Our strategic plan focuses on areas we wish to either create or improve. We self-evaluate as a whole school community to establish what we do well and in turn this enables us to also focus on what we want to do even better. We are ambitious and driven as a team and use the experience and expertise of all members to ambitiously and accurately initiate and lead change.
Our teachers lead specific curriculum subjects and ensure the progression of skills and knowledge underpins teaching and learning. Our school governors have holistic areas of expertise which we build upon and utilise to complement our focus. Regular self-evaluation is underpinned with evidence to focus on the impact of our work and effort. We ask our pupils for their opinions and to share their thinking; this is positively embraced to assess our achievements.
