27 May 2020 – Office Letter to Parents Covid-19

Dear Parents / Guardians,

Communicating with the School Office

Over the lockdown period office colleagues have been working remotely to support parents, teachers  and professionals in the community. As we embark on the process of a phased return, welcoming Year  6 children and parents back to school, I would like to advise you of how you can communicate with the  office to be mutually supportive.

  1. The office will be manned from 8.30 am ‚Äď 4 pm each day¬†
  2. We will continue to support you and your child
  3. To protect and ensure the welfare of pupils and staff we ask that you phone (01329 841679) or  email (
  4. Please do not visit the office unless it is an emergency or you have an appointment  5. Parents who have a prior arranged appointment will be given access through the main reception; please buzz and a member of the office team will respond
  5. On entry to the school premises and building you must adhere to the 2m social-distancing  guidance

Please be assured that we will endeavour to respond quickly to any emails or telephone calls received.  We hope you understand and appreciate the reasons for the decisions we have made in order to protect  Ranvilles Juniors children, staff and parents alike and very much hope that in time, we can welcome you  openly back into the building.

Yours sincerely

Angela Williams, Headteacher
